This Cheerleader Outfit is available in the lobby at Baby Dolls
They are located on a table in the lobby when you first teleport there. Baby Dolls has very cute clothing and also a few lucky chairs.  The cheerleading top has the breast cancer awareness ribbon on it. It comes with pom poms and tennis shoes.
